Eye Makeup X Makeup Tools Mini Wish List

I just got home from a tiring dance rehearsal with my colleagues. We do these rehearsals on top of our working hours in the office and mind you, we don’t receive extra pay for this. This isn’t an easy thing to do, but fun, yes! I love doing this despite the downsides because, I get to mingle with other people outside my team which helps me widen my circle, and keeps my body moving which, are definitely great things . But of course, despite my overly busy schedule, I can always find time to catch a little bit about a thing or two in the web! So here you go dear readers.

I noticed I haven’t bought anything to add in my makeup kit for a really long while now. If you’ll get to browse everything inside it, expect to only see a handful of lippies (you know how much I’m sweet on with these), mirror, comb and a black liquid eyeliner. I really didn’t mind this at all, but I’m so hooked on online shopping these days (if you notice that on my previous post) that I stumble upon too many to mention online shopping websites, including SammyDress.com where I caught myself looking over these must-haves.

Straight and Curl

I have a natural straight hair as you can see on these photos. But I tell you, it does not always look like that, it tends to be very dry and frizzy during bad hair days! This is mainly the reason why I have it straightened in a salon once every year. Besides, I am one of the lazy girls who don’t care too much about their hairs. So having it straightened is very much convenient to me.

I was trying to play around with my hair earlier today that I decided to curl it using the flat iron I bought few weeks ago. This is the very first time I’ll ever curl it using a flat iron. It took me only few minutes to finish and I can say that it didn’t look so bad for a first timer. I have it on big messy curls, as I originally planned.

Here’s how it looked like before I have it curled.

Here is the result, tadhaaa!

I might consider doing this again soon! Maybe for an event or for a party. Yes?

Moisturize Your Hair with Some Mayo Magic

Did you know that mayonnaise can actually make your hair look good? Mayonnaise has excellent moisturizing properties because it’s made out of eggs and oil. Aside from being a yummy condiment, this product is actually a cheap and effective way to deeply condition your hair. If you want to restore your hair strands’ vitality and shine using mayonnaise, just follow the instructions below!
1. Purchase a plain mayonnaise from the grocery store.
2. Dampen your hair. Just make sure that it won’t end up too wet.
3. Apply a hefty amount of mayonnaise on your hair as a conditioner. The amount you should use depends on the length and thickness of your tresses. Leave it for at least 20 minutes.
4. Gently wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Make sure to remove all the mayonnaise to avoid smelling like mayo.
